Surprisingly, Liliana passed away in his arms in the last moments of season one after being shot by Claudia Flynn, Walter’s daughter (Lili Simmons).
Once rivals, the Flynn family and CBIs will now be targets of his newly organised gang as the explosive turf war gets underway.

“For now, we just let them fight each other while we expand our territory and then, when nobody’s looking, we slide right on in,” he says to Diamond.
But danger never leaves the New York native alone—the teaser made it clear that the Feds will be pursuing him closely.
Even though he was first able to get away with staging his death in New York City, a federal task group discovers he is still alive and well in Chicago.
Tommy will have a new love interest in season two, despite the fact that he still lives dangerously. She stays nameless, but the two toast to “surviving” before the next clip ends with them bidding each other farewell with kisses from Tommy’s bed following a romantic evening.
Fans will have to watch to see if she will, as he has a fatal history of all of his loves dying.

Tommy is more motivated than ever to rule the Chicago drug trade since Diamond (Isaac Keys) and Jenard (Kris D. Lofton) are at strife, the Flynn organisation is weaker, and a new player has entered the scene.
Along with Lili Simmons as “Claudia Flynn,” Shane Harper as “Vic Flynn,” Carmela Zumbado as “Mireya Garcia,” Manuel Eduardo Ramirez as “Miguel Garcia,” Anthony Fleming III as “JP,” Lucien Cambric as “D-Mac,” and Tommy Flanagan as “Walter Flynn” are also in the cast.
